The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held from the April 9, 2014, calendar (page 2309), would be held to

     HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23                                                                                         
     Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                             
     the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 49,                                                               
     relating to women's health services and defining "medically                                                                
     necessary abortion" for purposes of making payments under the                                                              
     state Medicaid program.
